A new HVAC system, whether new or replacing, is a big purchase. You will most likely replace your automobile more times than you would your HVAC system. Choosing the right system is just as important as choosing the right contractor. 

Our consult fee is $149+tax because as the saying goes, “Nothing in life is free”, our time is valuable and so is yours. We are not pushy salesmen that are earning a commission off the sale price or a contractor that will leave you out to dry when there is an issue. We will be there when you call, we offer a 3-year Labor warranty on all of our new and replacement installations* If you decide you want us to do the installation the consult fee is refunded back to you.

 *Needs to be regularly maintained by us to get warranty service 

Building codes change and your current system may not be up to date. A mechanical permit needs to be issued by your city or town to ensure the work was done properly.

Is current system design able to efficiently and properly deliver the air to the rooms?

Is insulation up to par?

We will go over the technical aspects of the installation, such as location of unit, clearances, drainage of condensate.

There are many options out there in regard to brands, efficiency levels, etc. Are you looking for the “best price”? If that is so, are you comparing apples to apples or apples to oranges? Company A can be quoting an ABC 18 SEER mini-split system while Company B is quoting a XYZ 24 SEER but if all you are concerned with is price then you are losing out.
